AP Breaks offers at the moment two kinds of group breaks: Pick Your Team and Random Group Break.

A Pick Your Team group break allows customers to select a specific team that they would like to receive cards from a product or group of products. First come first serve basis.

There are a total of 30 NBA teams available for selection in a Pick Your Team group break.

A Random Group Break consists of a product or group of products that will be unpacked for a group of customers who receive a random team per purchased spot. There is a possibility of receiving two teams if the customer is assigned to a 2-team spot. The randomization process is done live on @YouTube with a randomizer app. shortly before the break begins.

The cost of participating in a group break depends on the type of break being offered and the number of spots available for purchase. 

The team assignments will be made live on YouTube during the break.

The group breaks can be watched live on AP Breaks' YouTube channel . The break will also be recorded and posted on the YouTube channel for later viewing.

Shipping within Germany is free. For other countries, shipping will be charged during the payment process.

All cards from the break will be shipped to each customer. Customers can opt for special shipping and should contact AP Breaks if they wish to upgrade their shipping.

In case of a delay, AP Breaks will announce the new break schedule as soon as possible on Instagram.

Yes, customers can trade teams with each other as long as both parties confirm the trade in the YouTube chat during the break.

There is no guarantee that all cards mentioned on the product, such as autograph cards, will be in the pack. This is not the fault of AP Breaks but rather the manufacturer. Customers should handle any production errors directly with the manufacturer.

No, AP Breaks does not accept returns of cards. Customers should make sure to understand and agree to the rules and conditions before making a purchase on the website.
